
Chocolate Chip Mocha Cookies

Indulgent treat with a kick!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Moccona Espresso Style
- 50ml Hot Water
- 100g Butter
- 100g Brown Sugar
- 80g White Sugar
- 1pc Egg
- 280g Flour
- 1 tbsp Yeast
- 200g Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 180 C.

Prepare the Espresso: combine 50ml of boiling water with 1 tbsp of Moccona Espresso Style and stir to dissolve.

Melt the butter in the micro-wave. When melted, add the Moccona Espresso and stir well.

Add brown sugar, white sugar and the agg in a large bowl. Mix well. Add flour and yeast, and stir well until combined.

Add chocolate chips and mix everything together.

From the dough mix, form rough ball shapes then press into cookies onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 13-15 minutes.

Cool before serving.
